2025-26 Housing Applications

First Year students: You will receive notification by email when the housing portal is open for you in the Spring. Take a look at our web page for First Year students for helpful info!

Sophomores: Residents who missed housing Reapplication may reapply and will be assigned pending space available.

Juniors & Seniors: We are no longer accepting applications from students who are not required to live on-campus.
Summer School 2025
Applications for summer school open after Spring Break. All summer school residents must be enrolled.
Grad students
We do not offer graduate housing in residence halls. Please visit the SMU Apartments website for information and the application.
Off-campus or Greek Residents: We are not accepting applications for the 2025-26 year from students who are not required to live on-campus.
